Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@standwise.pk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’re here to evaluate and resolve any concerns.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products (such as personalized or special orders). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange items is to return the original product for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
